2. Hosting

Our shop is hosted by Shopify International Limited (Ireland) or Shopify Inc. (Canada). When accessing the shop, Shopify automatically processes server log data (IP address, browser type, time of access). Details: Shopify Privacy Policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy). An order processing agreement exists with Shopify.

3. Cookies

Our shop uses technically necessary cookies (shopping cart, login session). Other cookies (e.g., for tracking/marketing) are only set with your consent via the cookie banner.

4. Customer Account & Orders

When creating an account or placing an order, we collect: name, address, email, payment data. Processing is for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Data is only passed on to shipping service providers and payment service providers as far as necessary for delivery/payment processing.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. The privacy policies of the respective payment service providers also apply.

When contacting us by email, the information will be stored to process the request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

7. Storage Duration

Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purpose, at the latest after the expiry of statutory retention periods (commercial/tax law, usually 10 years for invoice data).
