These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Nuvara online shop (nuvara.de), operated by Marvin Mez, Zinhainer Weg 6, 50767 Cologne.

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded with our confirmation (order confirmation by email or dispatch of the goods).

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG, no sales tax is shown. Shipping costs will be separately displayed during the ordering process before the order is completed.

§ 6 Delivery
The delivery time is indicated on the respective product page or in the order process. We will inform you immediately of any delivery delays.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
